Ambulatory & Surgical
Ambulatory surgery, also known as outpatient or day surgery, entails minor procedures that don’t demand hospital admission. Patients, considered low risk for complications, undergo preplanned surgeries, often under local anesthesia or sedation. Following the procedure, patients rest briefly in a recovery area for observation before returning home to recuperate in familiar surroundings.
